Jaha, då var årets stora "Säljevent" avklarat. Brian Tracy räknas som en av världens ledande inom säljträning och ledarskap och visst kan jag hålla med om att han hade många godbitar att komma med. Ett litet axplock av tänkvärd info från Brian:
1. En bra säljare gillar inte detaljer.
2. The only thing that matter is where you are going (not where you have been).
3. Some people are talkers, other doers. Only actions counts!
4. People who see themselves as the most important person with high self esteem will increase the sales 5-10 times.
5. Sussessful people always Love their work.
6. Tell the truth in advance - fake it until U make it.
7. How you talk to yourself is how other will see you.
8. You create your own life by How you choose to respond to different things. You have two choices in tghe morning. Either you can choose to be happy, or you can choose to be VERY happy ;-)

Två saker som Brian nämnde och som jag vill ta upp lite extra här är just vikten av att spendera pengar i dig själv. Brian sa att alla människor som vill bli framgångsrika bör lägga ut 5000:- i månaden på Sig själv. Hit inkluderas utvecklingskurser, träning, massage etc. Han menar på att vi måste investera mer In our Mind!

Brian pratar vidare om vikten av Time-management och det fullt ut. Practicing Time-management is important. The way you use your time will reflect in the Quality of your Life. Här vill jag tillägga ett citat som min Kalifoniske vän och mentor försökt pränta in i mitt huvud;
-"The only thing we really have in Life is time, how we spend it is how rich we are".
12. Successful People take actions immediately, loosers have good intentions. Never be afraid of taking Actions - sooner or later you'll learn the skill.
13. Be clear on what you want and persist.
14. We have complete control of our thoughts. When you change thoughts-your direction change.
